There's lots to see and do at Auckland Zoo, all year round! Thanks to the generous support from Auckland Council, we can offer a subsidised ticket price to visitors who live in Auckland and book a minimum of one day in advance, and/or visit us during off-peak times (during NZ school terms) means you pay less than peak time (weekends, public and school holidays).

A Dinosaur Pass Membership gives you unlimited entry to the entire Zoo including the Dinosaur Discovery Track for six months from date of purchase. Be in quick, unlike the tuatara, this pass will go extinct soon!

For groups larger than 15 people who wish to organise their trip in advance but pay on the day, or pay by invoice, please contact us about your Group Booking.
Group bookings for Auckland Residents, made a minimum of one day in advance, will receive book in advance pricing. If you need assistance, our friendly staff can help your large group enter the Zoo quickly and easily or provide a health and safety briefing.
School groups or classes should book through our Conservation Learning team for special education pricing.
Purchasing tickets for 5 or more people will get a 20% discount right across all general admission ticket types.
Groups of over 15 individuals need to contact us ahead of time so we can assist with your visit.
