Spend a day learning and working with professional photographers in the unique environment of Auckland Zoo.

Learn how to use your digital camera like a pro, understand its settings and what you need to compose a professional looking photograph.

You'll have the opportunity to practice what you've learned out in the Zoo with professional photographers on hand to give you tips.  With so many great photographic opportunities and challenges at the Zoo, you'll have plenty of pictures and new skills to take home!

Photography workshops consist of theory parts set in one of our indoor learning spaces and practical elements (the majority of the day) set out in the Zoo practicing all your skills on our beautiful animals and natural surroundings - plenty of opportunity to capture that colourful flower, flowing waterfall or animal in motion.
