Opening Hours
Auckland Zoo is open everyday from 9.30am to 5pm (except Christmas Day), with last admissions into the Zoo at 4.15pm. During summer we extend our hours (1 September to 31 May), with the Zoo closing at 5.30pm.
The Zoo is available for private functions outside of opening hours. The Zoo also runs great evening events like ZooMusic 2010 and Safari Nights.

Note: Children (4-14 years) must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or older.
Group rates (15 people or more): $1 discount on each ticket (adults and children). Please note that this group discount does not apply to senior citizens, students or other discounted entries.
