Enjoy a mini safari as you expore the Zoo's Pridelands area – a place where you can immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and smells of Africa.
Journey along the Pridelands boardwalk to see our herd of giraffe happily co-existing with zebra and ostrich – and just alongside them, white rhinoceros (the world's third largest land animal) and springbok.
Just past the authentic Zulu huts, you'll find the kings of the savannah, the lions – observing you from their look-out, Lion Hill. The Lion Shelter with its large glass viewing window, or the main boardwalk path, are both great vantage points to view our pride of five lions.
Look back across Pridelands and enjoy the expansive vistas across the Zoo.
